The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 5:01 pm on Monday, August 22, 2016. The following council members answered to roll call: Randy Thum, H. Victor Settje, Sean Barrett, and Tim Asche. Those council members absent were Joe Bouza and Ron Dvorak. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult, Chief of Police Kirk McCormick, Jerry Ritter, and Greg Gemar (5:05pm).
Fireworks and Firearms Ordinance was reviewed with no changes or corrections.
2016 Budget was reviewed by fund/activity/account line item by line item.
With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Barrett, seconded by Asche to adjourn the meeting at 6:44 pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
