The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Randy Thum at 5:00pm on Monday, August 4, 2025. The following council members answered to roll call: Wayne Bertrand, Amanda Fischer, Tim Asche, Dennis Bietz and Victor Settje (5:03pm). Those council members absent were Randy Abbink. Others present were Tanya Bult.

2026 Budget was reviewed by fund/activity/account line item by line item.

Adjourn - A motion was made by Bertrand, second by Settje to adjourn the meeting at 6:26pm. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
