1.0101     General Adoption

The definition of terms used throughout this ordinance, unless the context otherwise plainly requires, shall be made in accordance with the definitions and explanatory matter as set down in South Dakota Codified law (SDCL) and these hereinbefore referred to are hereby adopted as such.
