Chapter 10.07 Operation and Maintenance of System
10.0701 Operation of System
The Grantee shall render safe and efficient service, make repairs promptly, and interrupt service only for good cause and for the shortest possible time. Such interruptions, insofar as possible, shall be preceded by notice and shall occur during periods of minimum use of the system.
10.0702 Maintenance of System
The Grantee shall provide for safe, adequate, and prompt service for its facilities.
