Chapter 10.22     Publication

10.2201     Publication Expenses

Grantee shall pay to the City a sum of money sufficient to reimburse it for all expenses incurred by it in connection with the publication and passage of this ordinance and the rights granted to Grantees hereunder. Such payment shall be made by the Grantees to the City within thirty (30) days after the City shall furnish the Grantees with a written statement of such expense.

The Grantee shall assume the cost of publication of this franchise as such publication is required by law and such is payable upon the Grantee’s filing of acceptance of this franchise.
