Chapter 15.03 Gambling
15.0301 Operators
It shall be unlawful for any person, except as authorized by South Dakota State Law, to keep or exhibit for gambling purposes, any machine, implement, or contrivance of any kind for the playing of an unlawful game of chance or hazard.
15.0302 Players
It shall be unlawful for any person, except as authorized by South Dakota State Law, to engage in the use of such contrivances, machines or implements as defined in the preceding section.
