Chapter 4.99 Penalties
4.9901 Penalties
Any person(s) or Corporation violating any of the provision of this Ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200), and upon a second offense shall be likewise fined and adjudged to serve not more than thirty (30) days in the County Jail.
