Chapter 8.99     Penalties

8.9901     General

Except herein as otherwise expressly provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a Class II Misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or by imprisonment in a County Jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

8.9902     Principal Guilty

Whenever any person, clerk, servant, agent or employee or any other person, firm or corporation, or association shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, he/she shall be deemed guilty as a principal and shall be punished as provided in the preceding section, unless otherwise prescribed.

8.9903     Separate Offenses

Each and every violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense and may be so charged and prosecuted.
