The special year end meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 9:00am on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. The following council members answered to roll call: Joe Bouza, Randy Thum, Ron Dvorak, Sean Barrett, and Tim Asche. Those council members absent were H. Victor Settje. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult.

SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE
An Ordinance providing for the Appropriations to Supplement the General Government Rubble Site, Recreation, and Ambulance Departments within the General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Scotland, Bon Homme County, South Dakota, that the following sums are supplementally appropriated to meet the obligations of the municipality.

A motion was made by Thum, second by Dvorak to approve the supplemental appropriations ordinance. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
