The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 5:00 pm on Monday, July 25, 2022. The following council members answered to roll call: Randy Abbink, Myles Runyon, Dennis Bietz, and Sean Barrett. Those council members absent were Tim Asche and Randy Thum. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult and City Maintenance Chris Simantel.

2023 Budget was reviewed by fund/activity/account line item by line item.

With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Barrett, second by Bietz to adjourn the meeting at 5:54 pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
