The special budget meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 5:00pm on Monday, July 30, 2018. The following council members answered to roll call: Ron Dvorak, Tim Asche, Victor Settje, Dennis Bietz, and Sean Barrett. Those council members absent were Randy Thum. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult, City Maintenance Employee Bob Green, Greg Gemar, Joe Keppen, and Jason Bietz.

2019 Budget was reviewed by fund/activity/account line item by line item.

With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Asche, second by Dvorak to adjourn the meeting at 6:53pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
