The Local Board of Equalization was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 6:00pm on Monday, March 19, 2018.  Those answering to roll call were:  Joe Bouza-City Council, Chad Odens-School Board, H. Victor Settje-City Council, Sean Barrett-City Council, and Tim Asche-City Council. Others present were: City Finance Officer Tanya Bult and Director of Equalization Donna Zimmerman. 

Mayor Hofer stated that there was no objection forms filed with the finance office.  Finance Officer Bult explained that if anyone was objecting they were to complete and file a form with her by Thursday, March 15, 2018.  Nor were there anyone in attendance with a grievance.  A brief discussion was held about city building permits. Zimmerman stated that re-appraisal or a building permit will cause a visit from the Equalization Office and the assessed value would be objected here at this meeting. 

With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Settje to adjourn the meeting at 6:08pm, second by Asche.  All voted in favor.  Motion carried.
