The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 5:30pm on Monday, November 21, 2022. The following council members answered to roll call: Randy Abbink, Tim Asche, Myles Runyon, Randy Thum and Sean Barrett (5:34pm). Those council members absent were Dennis Bietz. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult and Police Officer James Hoffard.
A motion was made by Thum, second by Runyon to enter into executive session at 5:31pm for Personnel as per SDCL 1-25-2 Sub (1). All voted in favor. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Asche, second by Runyon to come out of executive session at 6:35pm with no action taken. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Abbink, seconded by Runyon to adjourn the meeting at 6:35pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
