The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 3:41pm on Monday, November 22, 2021. The following council members answered to roll call: Sean Barrett, Jerry Nelson, Dennis Bietz, and Randy Thum.  Those council members absent were Randy Abbink and Tim Asche. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult and Brian Humphrey.

The purpose of the meeting was for interviews.

With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Barrett, seconded by Thum to adjourn the meeting at 4:04pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
